Carmichaels cemetery is not the name of this cemetery, I had to
name the page.
Webster District off of Route #250 about
1 mile down in the woods along Wolf
Run. No road near or no houses...
Family history says that the first one buried here was Heram (Herman) Carmichael,
son of John Carmichael. This was in the early 1800's. John fought in the Rev. War and
is buried in Staford Cemetery in Monroe Co., Ohio. I am sure his wife Elizabeth Carmichael
is buried here too, they were living here at the time of her death. There are no stones
for either one of these people. The cemetery is laid out with a fence around it with field
stones marking the graves of the people who don't have marked stones, about half of
the people have markers.
